[ RESPAWN ] - Regulament General / General Rules

Regulament Admin


1.Adminii au obligația de a fi on pe discord atât timp cât sunt on pe serverul de respawn.
2.Nu aveti voie sa stati camp.
3.Nu folositi in mod abuziv comenzile amx_pika / amx_map / amx_say / psay / slap / slay / kick etc. [ Prima abatere warn, a-2a abatere -1 ]
4.Comenzile amx_say, amx_tsay, amx_csay, amx_vsay vor fi folosite doar atunci cand se face un anunt. [ Prima abatere warn / a-2a abatere -1 ]
5.Daca pe server sunt mai multi admini, decizile se iau prin comanda (U@), si nu de capul vostru.
6.Nu va certati intre voi sau cu playerii, daca apare o problema contactati un superior . [ Pentru certuri , injurii etc riscati -1 sau remove ]
7.Adminii au obligatia de a fi activi pe Forum / Discord ! [Ban-List, Cereri, Propuneri. Vote Server , Prezenta Zilnica ]
8.Limbajul vulgar nu este acceptat sub nici o forma din partea unui admin. [ Exceptie fac adminii care sunt prieteni si isi permit sa faca glume unu cu altu, dar doar pe u@ (ChatAdmin) , daca va injurati etc pe chat normar riscati -1.
9.Daca lipsiti mai mult de 7 zile consecutive faceti o cerere de absenta.
10.Inainte de a da un ban unui player asigurati-va ca aveti dovada (demo/ss) in caz contrar, daca persoana in fapta face cerere unban si nu detineti dovada, el v-a primi unban si voi -1 .
11.Comanda de unlag se va folosi doar 1 singura data. [Nu faceti spam pentru ca nu va functiona mai bine, riscati doar sa faceti spam pe chat ]
12.Daca este nevoie, acordati ajutor playerilor care nu cunosc regulile sau care sunt incepatori.
13.NU aveti voie sa induceti in eroare playerii incepatori sau sa faceti misto de ei , cum ca nu cunosc regulile jocului/ (de exemplu)
14.NU aveti voie sa folositi comenzile pe un alt admin, primiti remove. (exista sectiunea Reclamatii)
15.NU abuzati de functie, cine este prins ca abuzeaza de functia pe care o are, i se va scoate functia + ban. cuvantul key respawn22
16.NU aveti voie sa dati kick/ban/gag/slap/slay AIUREA , daca veti fi prinsi , veti fi sanctionati.
17.Nu folositi comenzi gen: pika, pa, spank etc pe playerii steam on, daca aveti dovada cum ca ar juca cu cod fositi doar amx_ban. [ DOAR DACA DETINETI DOVADA]
18.Kick la playerii afk se da doar in intervalul ora 10:00 - 20:00 si doar cand serverul ajunge 32/32. [Pe timpul noptii nu folositi comanda kick pe cei afk]
19.NU aveti voie sa va urcati pe textura hartilor , ban 48 ore , urmat de suspend admin !
20.Cand cineva raporteaza pe u@ un codat aveti OBLIGATIA de a va pune pe /spec si sa verificati !
21.Cand vedeti ca un player a fost detectat de sistem cu cheat, asteptati pana cand apare (CONFIRMED) si dupa il verificati . Nu dati ban fara a fi siguri ca playerul foloseste cheat.
22.Nu schimbati mapa prin amx_map, acest lucru poate cauza scaderea numarului de playeri si nu ne dorim asta .
23.Daca aveti nelamuriri/probleme etc nu ezitati sa contactati un superior !
24.Respectati-va intre voi dar in acelasi timp si playerii !
25. Jucatorii Steam on codati vor fi banati doar pe nume si steamid. (Este interzis banarea jucatorilor steam on pe IP ) Abaterea de la aceasta regula va duce la pierderea admin-ului.
26. Înafara de gradele (Fondator, Deținător) alte grade nu au dreptul la cererea testului wargoods. (Din cauza numarului de banuri date pe motivul no.wg). In cazul incălcarii acestei reguli admini vor fi sanctionati pana la remove.


Regulament Player



1.- RECLAMA DE ORICE FEL ESTE INTERZISA, ADMINII AU LIBER SA VA APLICE ORICE COMANDA DACA VA PRINDE CA FACETI RECLAMA/ RECRUTARE PLAYER !
2.- Nu stresati adminii , daca ati raportat pe cineva pe u@ asteptati ca el sa fie verificat !
3.- Pastrati un limbaj decent pe server , riscati gag 5-10 min /ban 120 min !
4.- Retry dupa gag = ban 120 min direct !
5.- Nu exista nu am stiut, playerii au obligatia de a verifica constant regulamentul serverului !
6.- Daca nu sunteti multumiti de decizia unui admin, nu incepeti sa injurati/comentati pe server. Exista sectiunea reclamatii staff !
7.- Raspuns la intrebarea secreta din cerere admin : "Am citit ceva" ! Si like la acest topic
8.- Nu cereti PRO/Contra pe server cand faceti o cerere de admin , o sa fie respinsa !
9. - Dupa 48h de la primirea unui ban pe server, cererea unban nu va mai fi luata in considerare ! (Indiferent daca aveti sau nu dreptate )
10.-Jucatorii au obligatia sa respecte toate indicatiile expuse de admin.
11.- Nu aveti voie sa stati camp ( la panda ) Este un mod CSDM ( respawn ) nu clasic sa paziti bomba!! Sanctiune= Slay / Kick


Admin Rules

1. Admins are required to be on discord as long as they are on the respawn server.

6. Do not argue with each other or with the players, if a problem arises contact a superior. [For arguments, insults, etc. risk -1 or remove]
7. Admins have the obligation to be active on the Forum / Discord! [Ban-List, Requests, Proposals. Vote Server, Daily Presentation]
8. Vulgar language is not accepted in any form by an admin. [ The exception is admins who are friends and allow themselves to make jokes with each other, but only on u@ (ChatAdmin), if you swear etc. on the normal chat you risk -1.
9. If you are absent for more than 7 consecutive days, make an absence request.
10. Before giving a ban to a player, make sure you have the proof (demo/ss) otherwise, if the person in the act requests an unban and you don't have the proof, he will receive an unban and you -1.
11. The unlag comand will be used only once. [Don't spam because it won't work better, you just risk spamming the chat ]
12. If necessary, give help to players who do not know the rules or who are beginners.
13. You are NOT allowed to mislead the beginner players or make fun of them, as if they don't know the rules of the game/ (for example)
14. You are NOT allowed to use the commands on another admin, you get remove. (there is a Complaints section)
15. DO NOT abuse the position, whoever is caught abusing the position he has, will be removed from the position + ban (the keyword respawn22)
16. You are NOT allowed to kick/ban/gag/slap/slay for no reason, if you are caught, you will be sanctioned.
17. Do not use commands like: pika, pa, spank, etc. on steam on players, if you have proof that they are playing with a code, just be amx_ban. [ONLY IF YOU HAVE PROOF]
18. Kick for afk players is given only between 10:00 - 20:00 and only when the server reaches 32/32. [During the night do not use the kick command on the afk]
19. You are NOT allowed to climb on the map texture, ban 48 hours, followed by admin suspension!
20. When someone reports on u@ something coded, you have an OBLIGATION to go to /spec and check!
21. When you see that a player has been detected by the system with a cheat, wait until it appears (CONFIRMED) and then check it. Do not ban without being sure that the player is using a cheat.
22. Do not change the map through amx_map, this can cause the number of players to drop and we don't want that.
23. If you have concerns/problems, etc., do not hesitate to contact a superior!
24. Respect each other but also the players!
25. Steam on cheater players will be banned only by name and steam id. (It is forbidden to ban steam on IP players) Deviation from this rule will lead to the loss of the admin.





Player Rules




1.- ADVERTISING OF ANY KIND IS PROHIBITED, THE ADMINS ARE FREE TO APPLY ANY ORDER IF THEY CATCH YOU ADVERTISING/ RECRUITING PLAYERS!
2.- Don't stress the admins, if you reported someone on u@, wait for him to be checked!
3.- Keep a decent language on the server, risk gag 5-10 min /ban 120 min!
4.- Retry after the gag = ban 120 min directly!
5- The players have the obligation to constantly check the server rules!
6.- If you are not satisfied with an admin's decision, do not start cursing/commenting on the server. There is a staff complaints section!
7.- Answer to the secret question from the admin application: "I read something"! And like this topic
8.- Do not ask for PRO/CON on the server when you make an admin request, it will be rejected!
9. - After 48 hours from receiving a ban on the server, the unban request will no longer be considered! (Regardless of whether you are right or not)
10.-Players have the obligation to respect all the instructions given by the admin.
11.- You are not allowed to camp It is a CSDM (respawn) mode, not a classic way to guard the bomb!! Penalty = Slay / Kick
