⚙️ OLD-GAMING SERVER REGULATIONS

👑 ADMIN REGULATIONS


⚡ Admins must respond immediately when a player is reported as a suspected cheater through the chat command u@.





👉 Use the command amx_spec name to enter spectator mode and carefully check the player.







💬 Exemplary behavior – Admins must use appropriate language and set a good example for all players.



🎥 For players suspected of cheating: 😈🎯🕵️‍♂️⚠️


Use record name (demo) or ECD (Easy Cheat Detector) 🛡️

Record at least 2–3 clear aim actions in a demo, then:

➤ amx_ban name 0 reason


Use ECD (Easy Cheat Detector) only if necessary.

Suggest the player to download it regardless of any warnings claiming it’s a “virus” — it’s not! The site just doesn’t have a license.



To scan a player, you must be in spectator mode (not playing).

The in-game chat command to scan a player is:

/scan name


If the player’s name is complicated, use /scan, and a menu will appear from which you can select the player you wish to scan with ECD.





⚠️ ATTENTION!!!

If you choose the wrong name, you can re-enter the command /scan wrongname, then press Cancel Scan.





The player will receive a timer ⏳ of 1200 seconds (20 minutes) during which you must respect this time limit!





After the scan is complete, a menu will appear showing:

1️⃣ Player’s name

2️⃣ “Clean” – automatically returns to the game

3️⃣ Chat message: Player is clean ✅


If the player is suspicious, contact one of the founders: GobliN, raizor, jucatoru, schoolshooter, or Catu.





If ECD detects cheats (Red Report – Cheat Detected), the player will be automatically banned by the server 🚨.


🔵 Legend for Player Testing


🟢 Green — Player is clean

🟡 Yellow — Doubtful case, contact founders with ECD link.

For custom models + crosshair → no permanent ban, suggest reinstalling a fresh Counter-Strike 1.6 client:

🔴 Red — Player is using cheats ❌



⚠️ ATTENTION: If the player leaves the server…

👉 They are automatically permanently banned by the system! 🚫🔥



🚫 If the player disconnects during the ECD test

They will be automatically permanently banned by the server.



📤 All bans must be posted on the FORUM → Ban List Admins, including:


Demo / ECD (Easy Cheat Detector link https://fungun.net/ecd/)

🔒 Admins performing scans must save logs and ECD screenshots for transparency and evidence in case of appeal.


🧠 Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from punishment.







🗣️ In the “Admin Requests” section, always reply with PRO or CONTRA.



🚷 Language & Behavior:


Vulgar language → gag 3–10 min
Family insults → ban 120 min


💼 Activity:


Admins must be active on the server / forum and in Discord → discord.gg/hzCYZeK3
Don’t use commands against other admins ❌ (only Founders / Managers can).
Promotions depend on activity and involvement.
Asking for a higher rank → warning / demotion / removal.
Command abuse → verbal warning / demotion / removal.


🎯 Rushing is allowed, but keep it fair-play.

Do not use amx_votemap – map rotation is automatic.
❌ No IP bans.
Always write clear reasons for bans – not “bye”, “exit” etc.
Keyword for admin requests: Svip.
After 01:00 → only de_dust2 until 12:00, then de_inferno automatically.


🎮 PLAYER REGULATIONS


📜 ECD (Easy Cheat Detector) Scan Rules


🎯 Purpose:

To ensure clean and fair gameplay for all players on our Counter-Strike 1.6 server.



⚙️ Scan Procedure


🕵️‍♂️ Player’s Obligation:


Upon admin request, you must remain in spectator mode for the entire test.
During the scan, you are not allowed to leave the server or close the game.


💻 Scan Process:


The scan is performed using Easy Cheat Detector (ECD).
Follow all on-screen instructions step by step.


⏱️ Scan Duration & Warning:


Maximum time allowed: 1200 seconds (20 minutes)
A yellow warning message will appear:
⚠️ “Don’t let the timer expire! Complete the ECD scan or you’ll be automatically permanently banned!”


If the timer expires and the player does not complete the scan, the system applies an AUTOMATIC PERMANENT BAN 🚫💀



🧩 Scan Results


✅ Clean (Green):


Player is clean and automatically returned to the game.
No sanctions applied.


⚠️ Suspicious:


If results are unclear, the admin decides the next step.
Admin may request a re-scan or issue a temporary ban.


❌ Positive (Red):


If ECD detects cheats → Permanent Ban 🚫
Confirmed ECD detections cannot be appealed.




⚠️ Important Notes


📩 Refusing the scan, leaving spectator mode, or disconnecting before completion counts as admission of guilt → Permanent Ban Automatic 🚨


🔒 Admins must save ECD logs and screenshots for transparency.





🧠 Ignorance of this regulation does not excuse punishment.

💻 FORUM REGULATIONS


🌐 Visit the forum daily – especially Unban / Access sections.

🧾 Use the same nickname as on the server.

🔐 Access only via USERNAME + PASSWORD.

🎬 Before replying to an unban request – watch the demo!

⏰ Unban requests remain open 12–24h or until at least 5 replies.

🗓️ Absence over 5 days → must be announced.

❌ Inactivity over 30 days → removal.



⚠️ SANCTIONS


🚫 Admins will be REMOVED if:


They are not active on the server or forum.
They have admin access on competing servers.
